This program is dependent upon third party software, including a Mailchimp free account. If your email newsletters or conduct run afoul of Mailchimp’s Terms of Service, or should they change their service terms and conditions, we cannot make any guarantees as to their performance. Should Mailchimp change services, which does happen, we may need to use a month of budget to perform the migration from one service to another.
Display Disclaimer
Due to the nature of email marketing, email newsletters, unlike website pages, are limited in mobile design optimization unless senders want to sacrifice the non-mobile view or increase risk of non-compliance with different email and browser types. We use preview tools from Mailchimp and other providers to verify the display across multiple devices, email providers, and browsers, but given the multitude of devices and clients from which email can be viewed, we do not guarantee performance on all devices. We cannot guarantee how emails will display in devices, and there are limits to what can be done with styling on emails without triggering spam filters.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
