JOHN ANTHONY DRAFTING

John Anthony Drafting and Design needs a website rebuild, and an SEO package. John is an old friend of mine, and I am looking forward to making him some money; it’s always nice to help people you are connected to, build the karma. His search engine optimization package will be locally based, centering around Scottsdale, Cave Creek and the surrounding areas.

My biggest challenge in the SEO will be the competition around his key area of Scottsdale, which, as an affluent city, is frequently targeted by others who specialize in search engine rankings. However, we have far better optimization, good content and pictures, and a solid basis for making the content on his website do half the work, a definite leg up.

This framing contractor needed a website and SEO for his Scottsdale, Arizona framing business. Though they are located in Cave Creek, Arizona, we managed to get them to rank nationally top 5 for Custom Home Framing, locally #1, as well as for a host of other terms. This company started their SEO almost 3 years ago with me, and has obtained over $500,000 in gross receipts from people who located them through search engines.

Website Design And SEO Project For PI In Scottsdale AZ

This Scottsdale Arizona private detective needed a website company that could compete in the search engine rankings. I redid his current site with SEO in mind, added a content management system, and formed a proper hierarchy for the url structure. I also did an external linking campaign, spanning 4 months. I did directories, custom links, blogs, articles, deep linking and a link wheel.

The website is currently #3 for “Arizona Private Investigator” #4 for “Arizona Private Detective”, as well as ranking in Scottsdale and surrounding areas.

This client ended up semi retiring, and has been doing occasional PI work but not investing heavily into his SEO at this point. Despite not doing search engine optimization work for almost a year, his rankings and traffic remain strong, and this client gets all the business he needs to stay busy. There were many reasons why SEO was so successful here:

1. The site was an older site, and the age of the domain helped with rankings.
2. We were given a free hand with content, and many of the landing pages on his site are super niche, very specific.
3. We have videos on this client’s site
4. This client retains strong maps rankings as well.
5. The blog posts we did for this client remain as attractive today as the day we did them, good content on the blog, evergreen and interesting.

This Mesa, Arizona Title loan company needed a website and SEO. We optimized for search, added keywords, titles and anchor text in just the right amounts, and built links to the website. We also employed an open ended link wheel, deep linking and blogging to boost the site in the search engine rankings.
