This framing contractor needed a website and SEO for his Scottsdale, Arizona framing business. Though they are located in Cave Creek, Arizona, we managed to get them to rank nationally top 5 for Custom Home Framing, locally #1, as well as for a host of other terms. This company started their SEO almost 3 years ago with me, and has obtained over $500,000 in gross receipts from people who located them through search engines.

This is a great case study in how businesses which may not be the most obvious choice for SEO can in fact have gigantic benefits from this. Any contractor who doubts the usefulness of SEO in their business need look no farther than Capuzzo Construction.

Website Design And SEO Project For PI In Scottsdale AZ

This Scottsdale Arizona private detective needed a website company that could compete in the search engine rankings. I redid his current site with SEO in mind, added a content management system, and formed a proper hierarchy for the url structure. I also did an external linking campaign, spanning 4 months. I did directories, custom links, blogs, articles, deep linking and a link wheel.

The website is currently #3 for “Arizona Private Investigator” #4 for “Arizona Private Detective”, as well as ranking in Scottsdale and surrounding areas.

Update As Of October 2015

This client ended up semi retiring, and has been doing occasional PI work but not investing heavily into his SEO at this point. Despite not doing search engine optimization work for almost a year, his rankings and traffic remain strong, and this client gets all the business he needs to stay busy. There were many reasons why SEO was so successful here:

1. The site was an older site, and the age of the domain helped with rankings.
2. We were given a free hand with content, and many of the landing pages on his site are super niche, very specific.
3. We have videos on this client’s site
4. This client retains strong maps rankings as well.
5. The blog posts we did for this client remain as attractive today as the day we did them, good content on the blog, evergreen and interesting.

Allied Fire Protection’s website has come far, from being on the fourth page of Arizona Fire Protection to having the first Google search ranking in only one month. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is a powerful service that can not only get your website to the top search rankings but also build up your customer clientele. Allied Fire Protection recently made contact with five new prospective clients that found them on Google searches.

Allied Fire also benefits from a website that is optimized and designed for search from the ground up. Their website meshes just the right amount of keyword density, unique titles, descriptive links and internal links to have very solid SEO value. In addition, we did a link building campaign for this company, including over 60 key directories, unique articles and pertinent blog posts.

MONEY NOW TITLE LOANS

This Mesa, Arizona Title loan company needed a website and SEO. We optimized for search, added keywords, titles and anchor text in just the right amounts, and built links to the website. We also employed an open ended link wheel, deep linking and blogging to boost the site in the search engine rankings.

The category was a competitive one, but we managed to use our Mesa SEO service to climb to page one within a month, and keep the rankings moving in a positive direction. The benefits for the client were obvious and immediate. They have been getting steadily increasing traffic and targeted sales leads since we began the SEO campaign. They currently rank first page for “Mesa Arizona Title Loans” and Mesa Title loans”, amongst others.

Website Designed for a custom wood box beam business

Website Design for a custom wood beam maker in North Scottsdale. We performed web design and SEO for this company, with spectacular results. The design has been widely complimented, and the professional look and feel has resulted in over $300,000 of orders from web customers. The e-marketing made the difference. All the pages were optimized for search, and the website ranks third nationally for Box Beams.

This web site features a gallery to showcase the companies projects, a slideshow for the front page, custom contact form and email newsletter signup form, highslide integration and pay pal buy now buttons. Written almost entirely by hand from scratch, this site is one of my earlier pieces of work, and yet still gets compliments to this day.

Arizona Solar Contracting Website Design by Mesa Web Designer Joshua Jacoby

A website built for a North Scottsdale Solar contractor. This web design incorporates a slideshow, static text, RSS fed news rolls, and many other awesome design elements. This site also features a custom built Solar Calculator, developed for the website using PHP, and returning values based on the companies own estimating numbers.

This website was designed for a Realtor in Scottsdale, Arizona.

This website was built using a lightweight custom PHP template system. It includes integration with the flex MLS, including custom PHP forms created for quick search functionality, as well as custom graphics and design through out. The website was integrated with social media as well, and has a custom Facebook logo just for the business.

It features on of the largest picture galleries of custom home framing in the world, as well as a custom templating system and Highslide integration. Some more info on this amazing site: Due to legal complications, the site had to be taken down, which is a real shame, the pictures and images there were second to none, really showcased some of the best techniques and examples of the custom framing of homes anywhere. Fortunately, this collection will one day be back on the web, I have the backups, and the owner is likely going to give me permission to repost once the legal dust settles.

In our capacity as web designers and professional AZ search optimization consultants, the staff of My Favorite Web Designs becomes very invested in the websites we put up and the content we create. Arizona Website Designer Joshua Jacoby Presents Allied Fire Co

Website built for a Fire Protection Contractor in east Mesa, Arizona. This website uses a custom wordpress theme for content management, and has original graphic design by Joshua Jacoby of My Favorite Web Designs. The web design also features a front page slideshow, as well as custom wordpress contact forms designed using html, CSS and PHP.

Owner Jim Schueller recently told me they had received many compliments on the Mesa Arizona website design, and the custom contact form was generating leads for them as well. They have gone on to participate in our monthly search engine marketing program with very great success.

Using WordPress Contact Forms To Make Your Site Convert

Worpress has several different options for contact forms. There is the premium wordpress plugin, gravity forms, which has a a good reputation, and is supposedly quite extensible, though I have yet to work with it.

There is also one of the best contact form plugins available for any content managed website anywhere. It is WordPress Contact Forms 7. One of my specialties is designing custom contact forms using WPCF7. This allows us to place contact forms in inventive places on the website, and in customized CSS layouts, so we are able to attract viewers to the form.

You can also hook up a Database to a contact form with the WPCF7 DB plugin. This plugin also allows you to export data to spreadsheet. You can then do things like test 3 different form placements, and use the excel sheet to tablulate monthly results, picking the best one. You can intelligently dial in your website conversion metrics.

One Last Word On Making The WordPress Contact Form Sell

Successful WordPress Web Designing Tips

Be sure to have your form fields not all be required. This makes a submit harder, and denies you data. Do not use a Captcha unless absolutely vitally necessary, it will also lower conversion. Use watermarks to help label fields – this is visually concise, from a design standpoint.
